Maybe you have not yet re-installed the drivers for the sound cards? The evidence of the failure is the latency figure of zero. The only attachment was a distorted/corrupt screen-shot of Audio Engine Options, which revealed that Sibelius either (a) failed to find any connected audio output device, or (b) failed to open the MOTU audio output device.
